Axial Forum

Privacy Policy

What we collect when you visit or apply, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Effective October 15, 2026

Axial Forum (“we”, “us”, or “our”) runs private peer groups for executives leading AI inside their organizations. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information on this website and in our membership process.

01Information We Collect

When you apply

Our membership application asks for:

  • Your name, work email and, optionally, phone number
  • Your job title, company, location and company size
  • Your sectors, remit, the decisions you own, the scope of your role and your part in AI investment
  • Anything you choose to tell us about the challenges you are working on
  • Whether you consent to us contacting you by text message about your application

A part-finished application is saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off. It is not sent to us until you submit.

When you visit

If you arrive from a link or advertisement, we record the campaign details in that link (such as utm parameters or a Google click ID) and the page you landed on, and attach them to your application so we know how people find us. Unless you decline analytics, Google Analytics may also collect the pages you view, your device and browser type, your approximate location and how you reached the site. See our Cookie Policy.

02How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Review your application and decide whether, and which, peer group is a fit
  • Contact you about your application and, if you join, your membership
  • Run peer groups, sessions and member communications
  • Understand how visitors find and use the site, so we can improve it
  • Keep records and meet our legal obligations

Information you give us as an applicant or member is used for Axial Forum only. It is never used for recruitment or executive search prospecting.

If you consent to text messages, we use your number only to contact you about your application. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out at any time.

03How We Share Information

  • Your group: If you become a member, your name, role and organization are shared with the members of your peer group. Member identities are not disclosed outside the membership.
  • Service providers: We use service providers that process data on our behalf for website hosting, our database, email, site analytics and, once payments open, billing. They may use it only to provide those services to us. As you type a city into the application, the text is sent to a third-party mapping service to suggest matching places.
  • Mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our rights.
  • No sale: We do not sell or rent personal information.

04Data Retention

We keep application and membership information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your application or membership information at any time by emailing info@axialforum.com.

05Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct or delete your personal information
  • Withdraw consent you have given, including for text messages
  • Decline analytics cookies through the cookie control on this site

To exercise any of these rights, email info@axialforum.com.

06Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure or loss. Applications are stored in a database that the public website cannot read.
